Service Description
This free 30-minute conversation is designed for first-time clients who want to talk through what they’re currently doing on social media and where things feel unclear or frustrating. We’ll look at the platforms you’re using, what feels like it’s working, what isn’t, and where you’re getting stuck. You’ll have space to share your goals, your concerns, and the questions that keep circling in your head. No pressure. No pitching. Just a focused, honest conversation. By the end of the chat, you’ll leave with clearer direction, a better understanding of your social media presence, and a sense of what support would actually help you move forward, whether that’s on your own or with guidance. This session is available to individuals, professional genealogists, and historical or genealogical societies who have never booked a session or worked with us before.
Cancellation Policy
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee of 25% of the service price will be charged. This helps protect my time and allows me to better serve all clients who are waiting for available sessions.
